Ponto Fácil

Time tracking for nannies and caregivers who work for several families: clock in, close the month and charge via Pix.

The problem

Caregivers who work in several homes track hours on paper or in a notes app, and at month end have to add everything up, split it per family and charge each one. That's where hours get lost.

What I built

A mobile app with one button to clock in, a schedule to plan the week and a report that comes out with each family's total and a Pix QR code to pay.

  • Clock-in per family with hourly rate, transport and expenses
  • Schedule with recurring visits
  • Monthly PDF report per family
  • Pix payment QR codes generated in-house (BR Code)

Technical decisions

  • Each entry stores the hourly rate applied, so changing a family's rate never rewrites closed months.
  • The Pix payload (EMV/BR Code standard, with CRC16) is built in-house, with no bank API dependency.
  • Recurring visits share a series ID, so you can delete one day or the whole series.
  • Expense receipts are attached to the clock-in entry itself.
  • One-handed interface: the running clock-in sits on top and navigation lives in the bottom bar.
